Accelerating Vertical Learning In The Hybrid Workplaces

I’m excited to be travelling to the UK tomorrow for my first post Covid leadership workshops with my favourite global client. I’m delivering a new pilot approach to team building, forming cultures and accelerating vertical learning in the Hybrid workplaces.

What’s happened is cognitive neuroscience appears to be in a Copernican Event. There’s profound global replication in research and agreement on the actual functional operation of the way humans process sense and meaning making. Like Copernicus, he only changed the game, there're many more discoveries to be had. *Cognitive neuroscience is the system level not the neuron level.

So, if we know enough about how the brain thinks and does all this, can we show senior leaders how to do some of it themselves? And in a Hybrid workplace.

And I get to see my daughters in London. Whoop whoop!
